Igloo Planning provides a wide range of planning services to developers, promoters, private landowners and local authorities.

We provide advice on development potential and strategy, planning applications, appeals and the Local Plan process, working closely with clients to achieve their objectives.

During 2024 we had a 100% success rate at appeal, worked with a London Borough to get their Local Plan submitted for Examination, secured planning permission for 30 new homes on Green Belt land, and progressed several sites through Local Plan representations.
